The Winter Games, for the whole family!
In the Christmas holidays, on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 January, students from ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in Arnhem are once again organizing the third edition of the Winter Games at the Kröller-Müller Museum. This event has been a great success in previous years. Children, fathers, mothers, grandmas and grandpas can again be surprised by playful and creative activities to accompany famous works of art from the collection. A guarantee for a different view of art. This year’s theme for the Winter Games is ‘Wandering in Wonderland’.
During the Winter Games, families can wander through the wondrous world of the exhibition A One Day Walk. There they meet Krul and Müll, who are so impressed by the extraordinary works of art in this exhibition that they encourage everyone to investigate this strange world. On a wander through the exhibition, you discover how this world came into being. Krul and Müll help you to complete exciting assignments, and by placing themselves in the artists’ shoes, everybody works together on the creation of a new work of art for the museum.
